Nathalie founded TotalLife108 in 2017 to share the therapeutic value of Yoga and her love of the practice and its philosophy.
"After suffering from ill health in 2009, I decided to choose Yoga over conventional treatment. I soon fell in love with the practice, the philosophy of Yoga and as my practice deepened, my health improved and my life began to change.
Through my work in a Community Rehab, I also noticed the benefit that others began to have by practicing a more mindful and physical response to stress & mental health issues and my desire to share the transformational power of Yoga grew. I studied & completed my yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and my love for the Eight Limbs of Yoga was sealed!
Passionate that Yoga remains accessible for every body, I enjoy looking at technique to ensure the therapeutic value of the practice is achieved whilst making certain that my classes are all-inclusive, friendly, non-dogmatic and most of all, fun!
Today I am honoured to share this journey with such wonderful people and teach a range of classes at TotalLife108, a Members Health Club, individual one-to-ones and also the Parkinson's Association. I am also a passionate advocate of Mental Health and dedicated in raising awareness and support for Charities through fundraising events.
I am excited to see what, and who, the future brings for TotalLife108".
Tips for Yoga
Yoga is a non-competitive & compassionate practice - to ourselves & others.
Please respect your body & your limits. Your body & mind will change continuously throughout the day; listen to how you feel and practice appropriately.
Always practice with self-care and consideration to others.
Let your teacher know of any health issues or injuries and always respect the instruction of your teacher. We are here for you - and your safety!
Please switch off your phones during a class.
Wear what you feel comfortable in - we do normally practice in bare feet.
Refrain from eating 2 hours before practicing and ensure you keep hydrated after your practice.
Most of all - enjoy! This is your time to connect and heal.
