Are you feeling tired? Overwhelmed? Stressed? Do you crave time to yourself and want to feel refreshed, rested and nurtured? Well, why don’t you come along to our monthly Yoga Nidra sessions and take some time out to recharge and unwind. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, all your body needs to do is lie on the mat and relax.
Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep and 45 minutes can feel like 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest & relaxation and can alleviate insomnia, calm the nervous system and leads to improved sleep and better health. It is also shown to be beneficial in the treatment of ME/CFS, PTSD and anxiety and depression. So, what is there not to love?!
These monthly sessions will run on a Sunday at our comfortable studio in Billericay, an ideal opportunity to recharge before the week ahead and prepare you for a quality Sunday night sleep. There is also an optional 60 minute healing Vinyasa Flow class prior to the Yoga Nidra session, so you can take a little more time to really unwind the body and mind with asana before a deep relaxation practice or just come along for the Yoga Nidra session and relax!
