Yoga Nidra - 9th September 2018
Our monthly Yoga Nidra sessions allow you to take some time out to recharge and unwind. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, all your body needs to do is lie on the mat and relax.
Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep and 45 minutes can feel like 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest & relaxation, can alleviate insomnia, calms the nervous system and leads to improved sleep and better health. It is also shown to be beneficial in the treatment of ME/CFS, PTSD and anxiety and depression.
So, what is there not to love?!
