Nathalie Nugent (TotalLife108) and Stacie Kinchin (Stacie Kinchin Health & Wellness) are delighted to bring The Good-Sleep Workshop to Billericay on 22nd November 2018, 7-9pm.
This workshop will provide simple steps and techniques for you to get a better nights sleep. Whether this is a new problem or something you’ve been suffering with for some time, you will hear about the causes of sleep difficulties and learn simple steps and techniques to make small changes to your sleep habits that will assist you to sleep longer and more restoratively.
Getting good quality, healthy sleep is fundamental for our physical and mental health. There is no doubt that sleep directly effects your mood and can also impact on your overall quality of life and productivity. Everyone, at any age in life, can benefit from practicing good sleep habits.

The workshop will also include a wonderfully restoring and gentle yoga practice ending with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra Session.
