Enjoy a blissful yoga practice by candlelight unwind the body and mind (suitable for all levels - ideal for beginners), followed by a healing Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep and 45 minutes can feel like 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest & relaxation and can alleviate insomnia, calm the nervous system and leads to improved sleep and better health. It is also shown to be beneficial in the treatment of ME/CFS, PTSD and anxiety and depression.
